Therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a full refund or exchange.

If the item is as described but you want to return product, please e-mail us or Contact Us Page, we will send to you the return address and a free return shipping label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with accessories. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. Once we received your return, we will issue a refund to you.
Refund:
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and may take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
We will refund or reship your order at no cost in the following cases:
Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: If you receive an item that is defective or not working as expected, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, send us a picture of the item you received, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost in Transit: If your item is lost in transit and does not reach you, we understand the frustration this can cause. Please reach out to us to initiate a return.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong items.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- If an incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact us to make modifications to your order ASAP.
- Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

Warranty:
All of our manufacturers guarantee their products with a warranty. Please contact us if you have questions regarding specific product warranties. Please note that all new products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product stops working, please contact the manufacturer for technical support or to claim the manufacturer’s warranty.
