We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time.

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
• Order cut-off time for same-day processing is 12PM CST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Destination

We currently only ship to United States.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• We use the following carrier : FedEx Ground
• Estimated delivery time: 2-3 days
• Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.
• Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by Order Tracking.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Visit Order Tracking and enter your tracking number.

6. Delivery Issues

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
